How It Works

Step 1

You choose to invest in your mental health and emotional wellbeing.

You complete the short survey by answering statements based on the nine foundations of wellbeing. You will receive detailed report is created to show your strengths, areas for improvement and how this can be achieved.

It is recommended you complete the bitesize training to gain a deeper understanding of mental health and wellbeing. You will learn you how to promote positive mental health, manage stress and build resilience using simple, everyday strategies.

You then have the option to join the Alumni membership group where you will receive monthly videos, webinars tips, tools and resources to continue your journey of personal development to optimum wellbeing over 12 months.

The HeadStrong Resilience and Wellbeing Survey has been developed for individuals who would like to understand their own subjective wellbeing and resilience. We all have to take responsibility to promote our own health, wellbeing and resilience which we can do through our life choices. We know that prevention is better than intervention so taking an active role in our wellbeing enables us to manage stress more effectively and prevent more serious mental and physical health issues in the future.  Research evidences key foundations of wellbeing and brain health. These are fundamental to support overall health and to build our resilience reserves, thus enabling us to manage stress more effectively

'How to get HeadStrong - Bitesize Online Training - £99

A bitesize online training course to help you enhance your brain health, mental health and wellbeing

Research evidences key foundations of wellbeing and brain health which are fundamental to support overall health (physical, mental and emotional) and to build our resilience reserves.  Based on these foundations, this training includes short videos together with worksheets that you can complete in your own time. Learn how to manage stress, build resilience and enhance emotional wellbeing using simple yet effective everyday strategies. Lessons include:

  • An overview of mental health and wellbeing
  • An overview of stress and resilience
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Self-care techniques using the nine foundations of wellbeing.

Alumni Programme - £39 pm

A private Alumni membership programme for continued self-development
